You can return batteries after use to the point of sale or in its immediate vicinity (e.g. to municipal collection points or retailers) free of charge. You may also return batteries to us by mail.
Batteries or accumulators containing harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out dustbin (see image).
The symbol is accompanied by the chemical symbol of the pollutant: "Cd" for cadmium, "Pb" for lead, and "Hg" for mercury.
